Position: Registered Nurse – Case Manager, Occupational Health
Location: Fairhaven, MA
Status: Part-time, 24–32 hours per week; long-term contract; some flexibility on schedule
Clinic Type: Manufacturing
Salary: $50–$54 per hour depending on experience
Duties:
• Conduct initial visits and follow-ups for employees with work-related and non-work-related injuries and concerns
• Triage injuries and illnesses
• Manage workers’ compensation claims
• Provide case management
• Coordinate return to work, including restricted and modified duty
• Support employee health programs
Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Occupational health experience preferred; manufacturing experience a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and incident documentation
• Knowledge of ergonomics and injury prevention
