Position: Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Medicine
Location: Canton, OH
Status: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Day Shift
Clinic Type: Industrial manufacturing onsite employee health clinic
Salary: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour
Duties:
- Evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses
- DOT physicals, medical surveillance, audiometry and vision screening
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Case management and return-to-work coordination
- Wellness initiatives, immunizations and injury prevention support
- Ergonomic assessments and workplace safety collaboration
Requirements:
- Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
- BLS certification
- Ability to work independently in a single-provider clinic
- Occupational health, urgent care, ER, or related clinical experience
- Strong documentation and computer skills

DOT/FMCSA Medical Examiner certification

COHC – Previous or current
- COHN or COHN-S certification preferred
- Industrial or manufacturing health experience
