Job Information

Status: 4 or 5 days a week Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm. Temporary until December 31st.

Type: Health Clinic

Duties:

  • Handles administrative duties: answering incoming calls, copying, opening and routing mail, electronic and standard file management.

  • Schedules meetings

  • Assists in the flow of the clinice

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills;

  • Strong customer service orientation, responding quickly and appropriately to customer needs, and managing difficult or emotional situations.

  • Strong computer skills
